Frequently asked questions
Is a sustainability background required?
Our work is exclusively sustainability consulting. Relevant experience in areas such as sustainability strategy, greenhouse gas accounting, climate risk or reporting will depend on the role. Each advertised position will explain the experience and knowledge we are looking for.
Can I work from home?
Working arrangements will be set out in each role description and discussed during the recruitment process, including any client travel or time together as a team.
What is the vacation policy at Baobab Advisory?
Holiday entitlement and other employment terms will be explained during recruitment and confirmed in the offer for each role.
Will Baobab Advisory reimburse me for my SCR exam?
Professional development is something to discuss during recruitment. Any support for qualifications, including the Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR) exam, will be agreed as part of the role.
